NC Renewal Construction
- The NC control device and AC servo amplifier are the latest models that are significantly faster and more compact than the devices currently in use.
- The spindle motor and each axis feed servo motor have been replaced with high-output, compact, brushless, maintenance-free AC servo motors .
- The sequencer is built into the NC control device, simplifying checks such as fault diagnosis and ladder diagram display.
- The control panels and operation panels have all been newly designed , and the wiring for each motor has also been updated.
- After replacing the NC device, adjust the accuracy of the machine and measure the pitch error and backlash of each feed axis using a laser measuring device and enter the results.
- The construction period (machine shutdown period) required for the renewal work is approximately two weeks.
- Ball screws, sensors, hydraulic equipment, etc. can also be replaced with new ones at the same time upon request.
